Your project information stays purposeful.

This policy covers the public Orbis Spatia website and the information you send when applying for the pilot.

What we collect

The pilot form asks for your name, email, and a parcel address or folio number. We also keep the form source and a shortened hash of the request IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention. We do not store the raw IP address with your application.

How we use it

We use this information to review parcel coverage, contact you about the pilot, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, and prepare the requested project if you proceed. We do not sell your information.

Service providers

Application details are stored with Neon Postgres through Vercel. Resend may process an internal notification email so the Orbis team can respond. These providers process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Analytics and cookies

Orbis Spatia does not currently run third-party marketing analytics or advertising pixels on this website. Essential platform features may use technical data required to deliver and protect the site.

Retention and your choices

We keep pilot application information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to evaluate the request, run the pilot, maintain records, and meet legal or security obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your application information, subject to any records we must retain.
