Requests are not acceptance

Sending a parcel, address, folio number, or other inquiry does not guarantee coverage, access, delivery, or a commercial relationship. Orbis confirms scope and coverage before requesting payment or accepting work.

Professional limitations

Website demonstrations and Orbis site-base outputs are intended for early design review. They are not boundary surveys, legal records, zoning determinations, permit drawings, construction documents, or professional advice. Geometry, sources, and jurisdictional requirements must be verified by the appropriate licensed professionals before relying on them for regulated work.

Orbis owns or licenses the website, branding, demonstrations, and related content. Features, coverage, availability, pricing, and pilot details may change. We work to keep the site accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access.
